CURLEWIS members and the general public were treated to the opening of The Range on Saturday. It has to be seen to be believed. The Mini Golf looks a treat and it was great to see children of all ages and families tackling it. The Driving Range has newly laid turf, targets and goal posts to aim for. Maybe you\u2019d prefer to try for a hole in one on the 100-metre island green, hitting into the screen. The meals are delectable, there are many different beers and drinks to choose from; the atmosphere there on Saturday was just superb.<\/p>\n

Sunday January 21: Mixed Stableford: 41 Players \u2013 Mark Rosenberg (9) from Woodlands GC continued the trend of visitors doing well to win with +5. Next best was our own Mitch Stewart (17) with +3. Monday January 22: Men Stableford: – 74 Players: A Grade: Rob Riley (7) won on countback with 37 from Rob Ryan (8) countback. B Grade: Philip Bee (18) also won on countback with 41 from Bernie Drew (18).<\/p>\n
Women: 24 Players \u2013 In another countback Anne Howard (12) had the honours with 36 from Karen Egan (18). Green Tees: Daniel Hurley (33) had an outstanding 44.<\/p>\n
