As nature intended. Some of the finest restaurants in the region list the Lonsdale Farm produce by name on their menus.<\/p>\n

The farmgate shop has been operating since 2003 and is very popular among the locals and holiday-makers.<\/p>\n

You can get freshly and locally sourced vegetables and fruits.<\/p>\n

The shop also stocks cheese, eggs, crackers, meats and a variety of other gourmet items.<\/p>\n

The rustic d\u00e9cor of the shop combined with open spaces makes it a “must-do” for not only shopping for local food while on the Peninsula but also taking the gift of taste and freshness back with you for sharing with family and friends.<\/p>\n

The chief executive officer, Sandhya (Sandy) Tewari is an experienced executive but a first-time business-woman who has thrown herself into making this venture successful.<\/p>\n

She took over the Portarlington farm site in July 2019 and then the Lonsdale farm site in 2021 and has been modernising, diversifying and expanding the business to continue to grow jobs in the region.<\/p>\n

Lonsdale Tomato Farm is at 49 Yarram Creek Road, Point Lonsdale – just 500 metres from the junction of Bellarine Highway and Queenscliff Road.<\/p>\n
