She cares if I turn up to training and so do my friends at Step into Life,\u201d Joanne said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe connections you make within the group are a big driver in maintaining the motivation to train.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou do pay for your motivation, but it comes back to you in spades.
