Chris Henson and Olivia Swann were also nominated for Sales Agent of the Year, One Agency Surf Coast was nominated for the Community Service Award, and Mr O’Callaghan was nominated for Selling Director of the Year.<\/p>\n
Despite the plaudits for the past 12 months, which follow One Agency Surf Coast being awarded One Agency’s International Office of the Year in 2021, Mr O’Callaghan said there was effectively no off-season to reflect on the agency’s success, especially not coming into summer.<\/p>\n
“I guess, having been in the industry since 2006, it becomes normal – as far as an on and off switch, there’s really only an on switch.<\/p>\n
“But it is important – and we talk about it in here – although it is a full-time gig, there’s no doubt about that, we don’t want to let it become all-consuming, especially as the market shifts a gear.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
