This week, Tuckers Funeral and Bereavement Service open their new office on the Surf Coast.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With their ability to provide products and services for a culturally diverse community, Tuckers have evolved as an industry leader in the region, and this new location marks another milestone for the company.<\/p>\n

Adapting to an ever changing environment has allowed Tuckers to grow alongside their community.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to see our long-term plans taking shape, for us Torquay has always been the perfect location to serve families residing on the Surf Coast,\u201d Tuckers area manager Vicki Callow said.<\/p>\n

An internal refurbishment of the office in Walker Street, Torquay (behind Stoop) has given Tuckers a strong presence with easy access and a relaxed feel.<\/p>\n

Tuckers have a strong connection with the Surf Coast community.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe care for families throughout the region as well as supporting a wide range of service clubs and community groups,\u201d Mrs Callow said.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur new location means we can be more responsive to bereaved families in the region. This location will be a resource centre for the community in helping residents better understand Funeral and Bereavement Care.\u201d<\/p>\n

Local Torquay resident and Funeral Director Simone Saunders will be hosting an open day for the community at the new office on March 1.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am looking forward to opening our doors for an informal chat, this way people can ask any questions they have about funeral care,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Over the past 135 years Tuckers Funeral and Bereavement Service have continued to provide high quality, innovative funeral services to families whilst treating them as their own.<\/p>\n

Tuckers are now open at Shop 2, 6 Walker Street Torquay.<\/p>\n
