Patrons are warned that the 2018 version \u201ccontains nuts and Donald Trump additives\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The stellar cast includes Gould as the Pirate King, veteran comic baritone Brian Hannan as the Major General and Police Sergeant, international Soprano Alison Jones as Mabel, Opera Australia mezzo soprano Caroline Vercoe as Ruth, Chris McKenna as Frederic and Dominic Woodhead as the Musical Director on piano.<\/p>\n<p>Hit songs include \u201cI Am The Pirate King\u201d, \u201cPoliceman&#8217;s Lot is Not a Happy One\u201d, \u201cCat Like Tread\u201d and \u201cPoor Wandering One\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $20 each, available from the Box Office on 5225 1200 or online at gpac.org.au.<\/p>\n<p>Musical Mornings concerts are sponsored by Tuckers Funeral and Bereavement Services and include free morning tea before the show.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Young Talent Time and West End performer Philip Gould is set for a swashbuckling return to The Playhouse stage in a hilarious production of Pirates of Penzance.
