Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chris de Hoog said he was incredibly excited to assemble the team of artists and to see how they would address the theme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everyone will draw on their own experiences and inspirations, and by being a broad theme, it&#8217;s pretty open for the artists to take it where they want to.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For me personally, the theme means to look at things beyond what is there in front of you\u2026 it&#8217;s more about shapes that give the notion of a landscape rather than depicting it from an image.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I first got into contact with all the artists through Instagram and thought this particular group of emerging and established artists would make a super eclectic bunch.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not sure how they are going to interpret the theme, but I&#8217;m certainly excited to see what they&#8217;ve come up with.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_101258\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-101258\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-101258 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/CaseyBurrill_NathanF_03377-1-600x380.jpg?_t=1682482656\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"380\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-101258\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Casey Burrill, Nathan Feldman, Amie de Hoog and Chris de Hoog at Dog Rocks.
