{"id":7013,"date":"2018-02-26T09:32:05","date_gmt":"2018-02-26T09:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/?p=7013"},"modified":"2018-02-26T09:32:05","modified_gmt":"2018-02-26T09:32:05","slug":"warralily-grange-registers-strong-interest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bellarinetimes\/real-estate\/warralily-grange-registers-strong-interest\/","title":{"rendered":"Warralily Grange registers strong interest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Geelong\u2019s picturesque Corio Bay, along with the areas many elevated attributes, were on display at a builder\u2019s event held at the Warralily Grange estate in Mount Duneed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>More than 70 representatives from local and Melbourne-based builders gathered for a briefing on Warralily\u2019s newest precinct ahead of the Stage 1 land release on February 24.<\/p>\n<p>The response from builders is matched by enthusiasm from the market, with more than 320 home-hunters registering their interest since Grange was announced in January.<\/p>\n<p>Warralily estate manager Ben Stewart said the level of enquiry for Warralily Grange was the highest he had seen in his seven years on the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will be the most premium location in the growth corridor; the view speaks for itself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stage 1 will consist of 31 lots and encompass the future 7,500sqm Grange Village park and its sprawling panoramic views.<\/p>\n<p>Lot sizes will range from 400sqm to 718sqm with a quarter of the lots being more than 600sqm.<\/p>\n<p>The stage 1 public release is on February 24.
