Mel opened the doors to her new studio eight weeks ago located right in the heart of Portarlington, sitting on the hill overlooking the stunning bay.<\/p>\n
While the view is breathtaking it\u2019s the heart inside the building that makes Luv Pilates become the studio that everyone Luvs to come too.<\/p>\n
Sessions are catered to everyone\u2019s needs from beginners to advanced.<\/p>\n
Mel can tailor every session to suit individual needs whilst still making you feel part of the group, there is laughter, fun conversation, friendships formed and the occasional sing along all while getting a great toning and strengthening workout.<\/p>\n
Mel has a true Luv for Reformer Pilates, watching clients develop their confidence, build strength and challenge themselves is what makes being an instructor so worthwhile and proud.<\/p>\n
Its forming those connections with clients to become someone they trust and soon they become friends not just a client who enters the studio.<\/p>\n
