GEELONG Beer Festival has announced that TV chef and local restaurant owner Adrian Richardson will conduct a sausage making workshop at their upcoming event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Richardson, known for his roles on TV shows like “Good Chef-Bad Chef” and “Boys Weekend”, and appearances on “MasterChef Australia” and “Iron Chef America”, will showcase his skills at the festival.<\/p>\n

The celebrity chef said food and drink always taste best close to the source.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t wait to celebrate and share what the Greater Geelong and Bellarine region has to offer at Geelong Beer festival,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The workshop titled ‘Unleash Your Inner Sausage Master’ is scheduled for 2pm to 2.45pm.<\/p>\n

Richardson, also the culinary mind behind Maestro at the Holiday Inn and Suites Geelong, will teach attendees how to make sausages, sharing techniques, seasoning secrets, and tips.<\/p>\n

Geelong BeerFest features over 40 breweries, cideries, distilleries, cocktail specialists, vineyards, and street food vendors.<\/p>\n

The Main Stage will feature The Bag Raiders (DJ Set) supported by local favourites Famous Will and local covers band Madhouse<\/p>\n

Another highlight is a brisket trimming demonstration by Steven Nichols from Workers Barbecue at 1pm to 1.45pm.<\/p>\n

Nichols will share his knowledge on simple techniques and smoking processes for preparing brisket.<\/p>\n

The Geelong Beer Festival is set for Saturday, 20th January, from 12pm to 8pm at Johnstone Park, Geelong CBD.<\/p>\n
