Photo: FIONA SEXTON PHOTOGRAPHY<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anglesea SLSC Starfish Nippers co-ordinator Matilda Cameron said the 2023-24 program was as popular as ever.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was again an excellent season of Starfish Nippers, with so many participants and volunteers alike smiling from ear to ear,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The feedback from both nippers and their parents was incredible, and the sheer number of people participating showed us how much of a success it really is.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The nippers loved getting on the boards, and many also excelled on the sand during the beach flags.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will definitely be back on the beach in 2024-25 to continue the program for another season!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_125042\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-125042\" style=\"width: 407px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-125042 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/01\/FS15453-scaled.jpg?_t=1704844172\" alt=\"\" width=\"407\" height=\"610\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-125042\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">More than 20 participants took part in the two-week summer Starfish Nippers program.
