BRAND new X-Class utes will drive out of Mercedes-Benz dealerships all around Australia today (April 12).<\/p>\n
With pricing starting from $45,490 plus on roads, Mercedes-Benz Vans has already had more than 8,000 customers register their interest in buying the vehicle, with some leaving deposits at dealerships to secure early orders.<\/p>\n
Globally, it\u2019s considered one of the biggest vehicle launches for the year.<\/p>\n
Mercedes-Benz Vans kicked off their marketing campaign by inviting Henry Rollins to travel around Australia in an X-Class creating a podcast and documentary called Tough Conversations, which interviews real Australians on what it means to be tough.<\/p>\n
The documentary will air on Network Ten\u2019s ONE channel at 9.30pm on April 18.<\/p>\n
Managing director Mercedes-Benz Vans Australia and New Zealand Diane Tarr said that the high level of interest and anticipation in the lead up to revealing the new X-Class had been a reflection of how ingrained dual cab utes were in both the Australian and New Zealand culture.<\/p>\n
