The Time2Talk Leadership Networking Breakfast is coming to Geelong on June 5, helping people improve their feedback fitness as they connect, collaborate and build capacity.<\/p>\n
Those in People and Culture, Learning and Development and Human Resource positions can often feel isolated, despite being in “people” roles.<\/p>\n
The team at Time2Talk Leadership found the challenges faced within one organisation are often shared across a range of industries.<\/p>\n
The breakfast will focus on the importance of feedback, both giving and receiving, soft skills associated with effective communication and the latest research on approaching feedback with authenticity and structure.<\/p>\n
This event will allow like-minded people to come together to share their stories and build capability through discussions on current challenges and topics.<\/p>\n
Feedback plays an important role in all high-performing teams, the ability to recognise when people are performing well and offering praise builds a positive workplace culture.<\/p>\n
When behaviours that could change are identified and improvement feedback is offered, it helps teams continually improve and innovate.<\/p>\n
Attendees will be provided with the tools to initiate feedback conversations and understand how to manage any challenges that may arise.<\/p>\n

The breakfast will take place at Novotel Geelong from 8am until 10am. Tickets are $80 per person and limited to 40 people.<\/p>\n
