TLC Healthcare is proud to have commenced its $27 million Belmont precinct redevelopment.<\/p>\n

The extensive renovation includes upgrading the existing home and building 15 opulent suites, boasting separate loungerooms and bedrooms, kitchenettes, luxurious ensuites, and private balconies.<\/p>\n

The aged care residence will also feature the latest in technology to support resident safety and comfort, including sensor radar fall detection in every suite.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the precinct will be home to a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool, and fully furnished gymnasium.<\/p>\n

The popular Belmont Medical Centre, co-located with the aged care residence, will also be entirely redeveloped, featuring additional consulting suites and expanded allied health services, including hydrotherapy and physiotherapy.<\/p>\n

TLC Healthcare Chief Executive Officer Lou Pascuzzi expressed his enthusiasm for this transformative phase, which will mark the Belmont redevelopment as the premier integrated healthcare precinct in the Geelong region.<\/p>\n

“All TLC aged care residences are co-located with community medical centres and allied health services, catering to both their residents and the local community.”<\/p>\n

Existing aged care residents, visitors, and medical centre patients will access the precinct from Dean Street while the new build takes shape.<\/p>\n
