The recent Easter auction of five lots in the emerging Grossmans Ridge community, saw for a great family event, with kids kept very well entertained finding Easter eggs and enjoying the jumping castle, while their parents concentrated on getting down to the business of securing their dream home site.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conducted by Cyan Property Torquay, the auction drew a very large crowd made up mostly of young families looking to call the larger lifestyle lots of Grossmans Ridge home. With strong bidding on every lot, all five lots ranging from 2,920sqm to 4,000sqm sold on the day with exceptional results, proving the demand for larger lifestyle lots is exceptionally strong in our coastal hinterland areas.<\/p>\n

Selling mostly to young and growing families, Lot 42 sold for $670,000, Lot 50 sold for $650,000, Lot 45 sold for $655,000, Lot 49 sold for $650,000 and the larger one-acre Lot 39 sold for $730,000.<\/p>\n
