When Nathan Swan\u2019s wife Andrea passed away from cancer three years ago the Rip Curl community rallied, and the Community Cup was born and this year they\u2019ve thrown their support behind former employee Bree Walker who has a recurring brain tumour. \u201cWhen my wife passed away they ran a fundraiser for me and my kids and when I saw Bree Walker down the shopping centre she didn\u2019t look too well, and I thought it would be good to offer her and her family the support,\u201d Mr Swan said. The event held at Torquay\u2019s RACV Resort on April 13 drew over 120 golfers and a 200-strong crowd for the silent auction, raffle and dinner. \u201cBree, her husband Cal and their kids Tallow and Lily were overwhelmed with the support they were given on the day and all the donations. They were just blown away,\u201d he said. \u201cWe know there are a lot of people who need help and we can\u2019t help everybody, but we want to continue to try and help someone each year within the
