service.<\/p>\n<p>Anzac Day on April 25 marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.<\/p>\n<p>Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Portarlington, Drysdale, St Leonards, Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff all hosted commemorative services, and many also hosted marches.<\/p>\n<p>The rivalry between Drysdale Football and Netball Club and Portarlington Demons Football and Netball Club continued with an annual clash, this year held at Mortimer Oval.<\/p>\n<p>Large crowds of supporters come out each year to mark the occasion and to
