A NEW roundabout linking Point Boulevard to the Bellarine Highway is now fully operational.<\/p>\n
Following an intense period of activity over the summer months at Point Lonsdale\u2019s residential project The Point, Moremac Property Group was pleased to announce its completion.<\/p>\n
Moremac Property Group director Bryce Moore said not only would the roundabout serve as a new statement entrance to the project, but it would also provide all Point Lonsdale residents with a new entrance to their community.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe roundabout opening is the result of an intensive phase of construction at The Point, and is a great example of infrastructure being delivered on-site,\u201d Mr Moore said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe would like to thank the local community for the patience and support it showed throughout the construction of the new roundabout.\u201d<\/p>\n
Work on The Point is continuing at pace, with the construction of the first internal bridge already well underway \u2013 it is expected to be fully constructed by mid-year.<\/p>\n
