CRIMESTOPPERS Victoria (CSV) has announced that police are seeking help to identify a woman after a deception incident in Grovedale earlier this year.<\/p>\n
At about 11.50am on January 1, a woman entered a supermarket on Heyers Road and allegedly used a stolen credit card twice to purchase items.<\/p>\n
The woman is also alleged to have used the stolen credit card at another Grovedale shop on Burdoo Drive the same day.<\/p>\n
The purchases from both shops totalled $176.<\/p>\n
Police have released CCTV images of a woman whom they believe may be able to assist in their inquiries.<\/p>\n
The woman is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, aged approximately in her mid 20s, with an obese build, brown hair that was tied back and had tattoos on both shoulders.<\/p>\n
She was wearing black tracksuit pants and a khaki singlet at the time.<\/p>\n

In other CSV news, chief executive officer Erika Owens has welcomed the state government\u2019s Community Safety Statement funding announcement, in which CSV will receive $2.8 million over the next four years as part of a $25 million crime prevention package.<\/p>\n
