The Point in Point Lonsdale has racked up another major statewide accolade for its urban innovation and excellence.<\/p>\n

Land developer Moremac Property Group was awarded with Residential Sub-Division of the Year for The Point development at the 2024 UDIA Victoria Awards.<\/p>\n

The UDIA Awards annually highlight quality and innovation across the urban development sector.<\/p>\n

Acquired by Moremac in 2013, The Point has more than 1,500 people calling it home.<\/p>\n

Comprising architecturally designed homes, sustainability solutions and indigenous landscaping, the development describes itself as celebrating the true character of Point Lonsdale.<\/p>\n
