EXCITEMENT is building for the upcoming Bendigo Caravan and Outdoor Leisure Roadshow, with a unique display set to capture the imagination of travellers, campers, fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

The biggest indoor and outdoor caravan expo returns to the rejuvenated showgrounds the last weekend in May – Friday 29, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31, 9am till 4pm.

This expo has been running annually for over 20 years,

There will be over 500 Caravans, Motorhomes, CamperVans, Boats, and tons of accessories on display 100s of different brands to choose from at the end of financial year Sale Prices (never to be repeated).

Situated in the entrance forecourt, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the Alien Trailerable Houseboat Caravan on public display for the very first time.

While the concept of combining boating and caravanning is not entirely new, the Alien Trailerable Houseboat Caravan introduces a level of flexibility and freedom many Australians may never have considered.

Designed for those who dream of exploring the country both by road and water, this innovative setup offers a whole new way to experience Australia’s stunning landscapes and waterways.

Imagine towing your caravan to a scenic bush camp one day, then launching it into the Mighty Murray River the next.

Owners can enjoy the freedom of self-sufficient travel while accessing secluded waterways, hidden fishing spots and remote locations only reachable by boat. For passionate anglers, it could mean staying tied up for days while the fish are biting, before retreating to the rooftop deck for a relaxed cook-up and a cool drink while watching the sun set over the water.

It is an adventure lifestyle designed around freedom, flexibility and unforgettable experiences.

Adding even more interest to the display area, several local businesses and personalities have joined together to create a showcase of outdoor lifestyle innovation and expertise.

Local Bendigo travellers Graham and Joanne from OZLAPN Adventures will be onsite throughout the event. Well known through their growing YouTube channel, OZLAPN Adventures documents caravanning trips, camping tips and exploration of remote and iconic Australian destinations.

Their videos highlight points of interest, off-grid travel and practical advice for fellow travellers.

During the Roadshow they will be chatting with visitors about their experiences on the road and filming the event for an upcoming YouTube episode. OZLAPN Adventures are proudly supported by Carafan, VanTec and Defibrillator Australia.

Also joining the display is Bendigo Marine and Outdoors, represented by Andrew and Dee. As Central Victoria’s local Mercury and Yamaha outboard motor specialists and Quintrex boat distributors, they will showcase a range of boating options suited to everyone from casual weekend fishers through to serious boating enthusiasts. Their display will include entry-level fishing boats as well as fully customised setups designed for dedicated anglers and adventurers.

Ken from Ken’s Tipper-Taxi will also be showcasing his newest venture, the versatile MultiOne Loader. This compact yet powerful machine is designed to work efficiently in tight-access situations and features a wide variety of attachments including crane jibs, lifting equipment and pot plant movers.

Already well known locally for pick-up and delivery of soils, mulch and garden supplies, Ken will be available onsite to discuss how the MultiOne Loader can assist with difficult lifting and moving tasks for both residential and commercial applications.

With innovative displays, experienced travellers, boating specialists and practical outdoor solutions all coming together in one location, the Bendigo Caravan and Outdoor Leisure Roadshow promises to be a must-see event for anyone passionate about travel, adventure and the great Australian outdoors.
