Digital training to boost Ballarat businesses this Christmas
ARTHUR St, the Geelong-based boutique digital marketing agency and Facebook Marketing Partner, are presenting a series of digital training workshops in Ballarat in November.
The sessions come just in time for businesses to brush-up on their digital knowledge and skills for the upcoming Christmas shopping period.
Insights provided by Facebook tell us that 61 per cent of shoppers plan their purchases early* and this is likely to be compounded by concerns about late delivery of products and missing delivery cut-off.
“Working with a number of small and medium sized businesses, we know that many are hoping for a bumper retail trade, as well as looking to develop strategies that deliver results through to the early parts of 2022,” said Matt Cowdell, director at Arthur St.
“This extends to include service-based businesses, as we all look to bounce back from the last couple of years.”
Arthur St aims to empower local businesses to embrace digital marketing through training and mentoring.
“We hope to support businesses and training is one way we can have a lasting impact in a relatively short engagement,” Mr Cowdell said.
Arthur St have recently delivered training workshops to a diverse range of companies with varying knowledge in digital including GMHBA, GenU, Tourism Geelong & the Bellarine, Geelong Small Business Festival, Geelong Chamber of Commerce and The Gordon.
The company’s goal is to help clients to make better digital decisions and help grow their confidence, knowledge and capability around digital marketing.
The sessions will be held in Ballarat on 24 and 25 November and cover a range of topics from developing effective strategies to being more visible on Google or developing Facebook and Instagram campaigns that work.
For e-commerce clients there’ll be a focus on how to grow online sales. Each workshop runs for three hours and provides hands-on, practical knowledge and tools, as well as sharing some of our insider agency tips.
