Epsom locals are set for a day of celebration as Epsom Village unveils its long-awaited expansion this Saturday.

On 20 September from 12 to 2pm, the popular shopping hub will mark its growth with new shops, more parking, additional dining options and fresh community spaces. The expansion is being hailed as not just a retail milestone but a boost for the entire Bendigo community.

The opening event will deliver something for everyone. Families can enjoy live music from DJ Dan, glitter pop face painting, balloon twisting and a roaming magician. Children and parents alike will be entertained with giveaways from retailers and live crosses with prizes from Hit Bendigo 91.9.

Adding to the excitement, championship player Kelsey Rees from the Bendigo Spirit will be making a special guest appearance for a meet-and-greet, alongside the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
