North Bendigo apartment complex listed for sale

REAL estate agency Colliers has announced the purpose-built residential complex that houses essential workers from Bendigo Hospital at 10 Atkins Street North Bendigo is up for sale.

The 7,971 sqm complex features 120 apartments across eleven three-storey buildings and is fully leased to Bendigo Health Care Group until March 2044.

Built in 2014, the property comprises 96 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments ranging from 40 to 65 sqm and is approximately 500 metres from the Hospital, located just off Arnold Street adjacent to North Bendigo Oval.
