Free home facade design webinar

Metricon is running a free masterclass webinar, to give prospective new home builders, in-depth insight into making their home stand out on the street, by creating the perfect facade.

Taking place on Tuesday, 4 April between 6pm and 645pm, a range of experts have been enlisted to educate attendees on all things facades, including top tips and popular theme choices, presenting an incredible opportunity to learn more about one of the most critical and challenging aspects of building a new home.

The facade of a home is one the most important aspect from a design standpoint, as it sets the tone for the rest of the home, attendees will learn how to make that all-important first impression.

Hosted by interior designer, blogger and presenter Chris Carroll, participants will hear from three experts.

They include Adrian Popple – Metricon’s design director with 36 years of experience in the industry, Lisa Goodsall – Metricon’s national display home and Studio M retail manager who is at the forefront of all things style and design, and Andrea Barnett – Metricon’s retail product and Studio M manager in Victoria who spearheads the company’s sourcing of the outstanding products customers can use in their dream home.

The panel’s knowledge and experience in facade design will prove immensely valuable.

“The right façade adds a great deal of kerb appeal, which is very important to the value of your home and today, more than ever, the right design really matters,” said Mr Popple.

“The home building and design process is extremely exciting, and it’s essential to take your time and make the right facade selection and not just rush into the interior design, which is a trap many can fall into.

“It is important that people look not only at the whole design but also the individual pieces of the façade, as these are important elements that you need to select will ensure the finished façade is exactly what you want for the exterior of your new home.

Guests also have the chance to have their questions answered by the panel via a live Q&A, providing the perfect opportunity to draw on some of the expertise of this impressive line-up.
