Ray White recognised at state awards
The team at the Ray White Bendigo office has come back from the recent highly competitive Ray White Victoria Tasmania Annual Awards with bags full of swag.
Ray White Bendigo was recognised in multiple renowned categories for their contribution to the region and the local real estate industry.
Office-wide, the top-level local agency was awarded third in Victoria and Tasmania for the Office with the Top Growth, and fifth in Victoria for Settled Commission – Country Office.
Recognising the quality of team culture and growth-orientated support within the Ray White Bendigo office, managing director Rory Somerville said the accolades were testament to the dedication and hard work of the past year, not only at an individual level, but among the whole team.
“Our entire Ray White Bendigo team is honoured to be recognised at this level,” he said. “These achievements highlight the determination and passion that we have as a collective.
“I’m very proud of the team culture we’ve fostered here. We nurture and encourage each individual to prosper, from our new talent to our long-serving expert leaders and agents.”
On an individual level deserving team members and local champions were also recognised for their valuable hard work and expert contribution to Ray White Bendigo and our local community.
In sales they included Tom Sayers who took Novice Auctioneer of the Year, Toby Gray with Lead Generator of the Year, and Matt Connolly who brought home Rising Star of the Year – Top 5 in the State.
Meanwhile the rental team was also strongly represented with awards.
Emily Bush took Property Management Team Leader of the Year, Chloe Baird received Property Management Rookie of the Year, and Chloe McConnell went even further with Property Management Rookie of the Year – Top 5 in the State.
Not to be out done, front office team member Brandon Mataiti received a Office Marketing excellence – Top 5 in the State award.
Sales Director, Brent Mason said these impressive awards are made possible by the local Bendigo and surrounding community.
