AGENT PERSPECTIVE:

“The suburb of Strathdale has certainly followed the trend we have seen right across the Bendigo region with a steep increase in the market over the past 12 months.

“So far, in 2021 we have seen the sale of 31 sales for Strathdale ranging from $415,000 to $1,250,000.  The median house price is sitting at around $605,000 which is an $80,000 increase near 14 per cent from 2020.

“With all the things Strathdale has to offer such as all the essentials of supermarket, dining, playspaces, schools and transport it is a highly sort after area of Bendigo.”
