A KEY influence in Eaglehawk’s rise to BFNL premiers in 2025, ruckman Brayden Frost has been crowned the Hawks’ senior football best and fairest.

Frost, one of the Hawks’ best in their grand final win over Sandhurst, claimed the George Isley Medal ahead of a host of big names.

This year’s Michelesen Medal winner Billy Evans missed out on a place in the top two, with Ben Thompson finishing as the runner-up to Frost, who finished fourth in the league best and fairest.

CVWFL star Molly Metcalf has won Eaglehawk’s senior women’s best and fairest award.

Thompson finished equal seventh in the Michelsen count.

In A-grade netball, Allira Holmes capped a brilliant return to Canterbury Park by winning the best and fairest.

The experienced defender previously coached the Hawks in 2019 and the cancelled 2020 season, before joining Heathcote District club Elmore as a playing coach, winning a pair of premierships.

Versatile midcourter Gracie Berryman finished as runner-up to Holmes, with Eden Clifford claiming the coaches award in her first season with the Hawks.

Allira Holmes put an exclamation mark on her return to Eaglehawk this season by winning the A-grade netball best and fairest.

A star of the CVWFL competition, Molly Metcalf won the Hawks’ senior football best and fairest ahead of Lexi Moss.

Moss was awarded the Hawks’ best in finals.

In the under-18s football, Cahal Blandthorn added to the Symons Medal he won as the league’s joint best and fairest by claiming the club best and fairest.
