ANGE Postecoglou has taken the football world by storm, with his ground-breaking attacking style making him one of the most impressive managers in Europe.

Postecoglou, who has only been in charge of Celtic FC for 15 months, has already had his name linked to some of the biggest clubs in the world.

With Chelsea announcing the shock departure of Champions League winning manager Thomas Tuchel overnight, Postecoglou has again been linked to a big move in England.

Stan Sport’s Max Rushden praised the Australian for how well he has done at Celtic and for his ability to handle the pressures of the media at a big club.

“I got here [Australia] about a year ago and everyone was droning on about this bloke. But I have been convinced by this guy, he is a brilliant bloke, he gets football and Celtic,” Rushden said on SEN 1170’s The Run Home.

“He really understands what it means to be a football supporter, he understands what his role is and he takes the pressure off the fans, they played Real Madrid yesterday and they were brilliant for 40 minutes, they could have gone up.”

“He can handle the media better than pretty much any manager in the Premier League at the moment, he’s just a smart bloke who’s not trying to lie.

“He doesn’t have an agenda, he’s incredibly honest and he absolutely could be successful in the Premier League.

“He’s a brilliant manager who could absolutely go to the top, it’s how he can make that jump from a big six team to Celtic, potentially, timing is everything.

“If you go to one of those lower-level Premier League teams, it’s actually very hard to be successful, trying to define success for a team from seventh to 17th is actually really difficult.”

“They’ve got a new owner and have spent a lot of money, I don’t think Chelsea would be perfect for Ange, I also think he’s got too much integrity to jump ship, he would wait until the summer.

“I think there are lots of teams who would go, ‘he is a better manager than what we’ve got’, if you could do it with a kind of click of your fingers, don’t need lawyers and contracts then lots of teams [are interested].”

Celtic currently sits first in the Scottish Premier League with six wins from the first six games, as a matchup with Livingston approaches on Sunday morning.
