ACCOUNTING, taxation and investment specialist Strategem Financial Services has placed its support behind the region’s up-and-coming business leaders by signing on as the new sponsor of the Bendigo Young Professionals Network (YPN).<\/p>\n

Strategem’s involvement has been purported to be grounded in a simple belief shared by both organisations \u2013 that every young person deserves the chance to grow, learn and reach their potential no matter where they start.<\/p>\n

Strategem will assist the YPN in delivering experiences, professional development pathways and stronger connections for young people building their careers in Greater Bendigo.<\/p>\n

Established in 2004, the YPN provides networking and development opportunities for career-focused people in their 20s and 30s.<\/p>\n

The organisation recognises that young professionals in regional areas face unique challenges and opportunities compared with their metropolitan counterparts.<\/p>\n

To support this, the network hosts a mix of social events, workshops and professional learning sessions at local venues.<\/p>\n

For employers, YPN offers a valuable platform for young staff to connect with the broader business community, learn from peers and access a wide range of local knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n

The network is overseen by Be.Bendigo.<\/a><\/p>\n

“We’re thrilled to welcome Strategem as the new sponsor of YPN,” Be.Bendigo CEO Hayley Tibbett said.<\/p>\n
