APCO Alfredton was recently named Retailer of the Year at the service station company’s annual gala event.<\/p>\n
The award is given to the retailer who achieved the highest result in the APCO Retail Excellence program.<\/p>\n
The annual gala is attended by APCO retailers and teams from all over Australia, celebrating achievements and acknowledging those who deliver outstanding service.<\/p>\n
The Alfredton team received the award for consistently providing quality fuel, fresh food and convenience to their customers under the leadership of retailers Olivia Bates and Ivor Riesewyk.<\/p>\n
“We are thrilled to accept this award on behalf of our fantastic team,” Ms Bates said.<\/p>\n
“We employ over 50 staff members at APCO Alfredton.<\/p>\n
“They help us maintain our high standards of customer service, great food and delicious coffee.”<\/p>\n
APCO director Robert Anderson praised the Alfredton team for being long-term consistent performers who are well respected among their peers and trade partners.<\/p>\n
“Olivia and Ivor have created a truly remarkable team and shopping experience,” he said.<\/p>\n
“Their commitment to excellence reflects the values we hold at APCO, and this award is a testament to their hard work and passion for serving the local community.”<\/p>\n
