BUSINESSES from across the region have been invited to take part in the City of Greater Bendigo’s 2026 Business Support Survey.<\/p>\n

The survey aims to identify current challenges local businespeople are facing in enterprise, to understand priorities and opportunities for growth, and shape future programs, projects and workshops.<\/p>\n

It’s also designed to support the City in advocating to other key organisations on behalf of local businesses to address “systemic issues” and includes questions about business operations, skills and training, marketing and promotion and industry development within the business community.<\/p>\n

CoGB manager economy and experience James Myatt said the annual questionnaire provides essential insights on the top priorities for businesses in the region.<\/p>\n

“(It) will help gauge business confidence in our community and allows business owners to provide invaluable feedback that influences the growth of our economy,” he said.<\/p>\n

“Feedback ensures the programs, workshops, and advocacy we deliver are impactful and relevant to supporting local businesses to thrive.”<\/p>\n

He said the City is encouraging business operators, no matter how big or small, to get involved.”Tell us about your business challenges, needs, and priorities over the next 12 months and help build a stronger business community,” he said.<\/p>\n

“Your feedback will also help identify barriers and opportunities for local businesses throughout the region.<\/p>\n

“This will guide how the City can provide more ways to support local businesses so they can continue to develop and thrive in our community.”<\/p>\n
