LEGO fans from all around the country will come together at the Showgrounds’ Exhibition Centre over two days next weekend to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Bendigo Bricks exhibition.<\/p>\n

The milestone occasion will feature over 160 LEGO builds plus the popular Bendigo Brick Market, where everything from loose bricks and minifigures to new, retired and hard-to-find sets will be up for grabs.<\/p>\n

Attendees can also enjoy the Fun with Bricks play area and interactive Pixel Art Playwall.<\/p>\n

Bendigo-based LEGO builder and co-organiser Dale Harris said the exhibition is the biggest gathering of its type in regional Australia and also the second largest in Victoria.<\/p>\n

“We’ve got 11 different user groups sending members this year from Tasmania, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, South Australia, pretty much everywhere else in Victoria and Canberra is pretty well represented too,” he said.<\/p>\n

“Probably the only places we haven’t got anyone coming from are the Northern Territory and Western Australia.”<\/p>\n

He said the attraction of the exhibition has always been the variety of what people bring.<\/p>\n

“We want to show the full range of the hobby,” he said.<\/p>\n

“It appeals to people for different reasons – some people are really into technical, machinery kinds of builds.<\/p>\n

“Some are into architectural builds, some are into collecting things and now we’ve got lots of sets that are aimed at botanicals.<\/p>\n

“There’s so many different ways you can explore LEGO with all the different types of things you can build.”<\/p>\n

Bendigo Bricks 2026 – Celebrating 10 Years takes place on Saturday 11 April from 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12 April from 10am to 4pm at the Bendigo Exhibition Centre.<\/p>\n
