STAGE one of the $55m Prime Business Park in Rohs Road East Bendigo is now complete, with the 2.22ha (5.51 acres) precinct already almost at full occupancy.<\/p>\n

With construction starting in December 2024, the park has added over 10,000sqm of flexible workspace to the area and is the largest in-development commercial hub in Greater Bendigo.<\/p>\n

It can support up to 250 workers, with stage one comprising 12 office suites, 23 warehouse units, two large factory spaces and a cafe.<\/p>\n

Prime Urban Group development director Nicholas Tissot said the milestone is an exciting achievement for both the project team and the local business community.<\/p>\n

“When we acquired the land parcel, we identified a clear shortage of quality industrial and commercial space available to businesses looking to grow and invest in Bendigo,” he said.<\/p>\n

“To see stage one almost fully committed to is a strong endorsement of the vision we had for the project and underscores the confidence local businesses have in the region’s future.<\/p>\n

“We want the project to be a place where businesses can establish themselves, scale their operations, create jobs and contribute to the continued growth of the local economy.”<\/p>\n

Brock Pinner, marketing manager at local real estate firm McKean McGregor, said stage one represented one of the strongest campaign outcomes for a newly completed commercial business park seen in Bendigo in recent years.<\/p>\n

“The market has responded incredibly well because it fills a genuine gap in local supply,” he said.<\/p>\n

“Owner-occupiers and investors want modern facilities, strong transport connectivity and room to grow.<\/p>\n
