The book includes healthy drinks, like smoothies, that benefit our bodies, as well as an inspiring collection of traditional West African main meals and stories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope people enjoy cooking our West African cuisine and immerse themselves into the culture.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sam is proud of himself for publishing two books within one year and is \u201cimpressed\u201d by the reach of <em>Good Vibration, <\/em>stocked at bookstores and visitor centres all over the state, and across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first book went really well. It\u2019s in Bendigo, Ballarat, Sydney, Adelaide, the Northern Territory, and Tasmania.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople that bought the first book will notice the second book is very different. There is more of myself, my country, my food and stories in this second book,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve had great feedback. The bookshops can\u2019t wait to have it in store.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sam moved to Victoria in 2008, and has always loved connecting with people of diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Wanting to share his African culture, and recipes, with as many people as possible, he decided to write his first instalment of the <em>Good Vibration<\/em> series in 2020, named after his Saturday afternoon radio show on Phoenix FM.<\/p>\n<p>Call <strong>0468 537 169<\/strong> to purchase a copy for $35 and receive it in the post.
