Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Expanding the business has allowed for Doughpe to make way for new products, with loaded hotdogs new to the menu.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Bachaalany launched his food van business nine months ago in Flora Hill but quickly outgrew the limited space.<\/p>\n<p>He said he\u2019s amassed a dedicated following that have supported his business through the toughest points of the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur following isn\u2019t just foot traffic, it\u2019s people that want our product,\u201d he said. They\u2019ll come out and get it, even if there\u2019s a lockdown we\u2019ll provide delivery. I think we can make it through.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The current operating hours are a trial and may change based on customer response.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe might end up as a Friday, Saturday night joint, we might end up as a six-day joint.
