Ms Cowan decided to quit drinking in June last year and became fascinated with the world of booze-free drinks.<\/p>\n
She said she still enjoys the rituals of drinking, including clinking a champagne glass or cracking open a beer, just without the alcohol.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn terms of the benefits, there\u2019s been massive benefits with productivity, I definitely feel more present with my children, I have a lot more energy,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
