AUSSIE music icons Human Nature are making their way back home for an action-packed national tour and Bendigo is perched at the top of their list.<\/p>\n
More than 10 years since they started their Vegas residency, Michael and Andrew Tierney, Phil Burton and Toby Allen will return for the Live 2022 Rebooted \u2013 People Get Ready, Again<\/em> tour.<\/p>\n The ARIA Hall of Famers will take on Ulumbarra Theatre on 29 April and continue around the country until late July.<\/p>\n \u201cTo finally get down there and do some of these shows, we can\u2019t wait. We love Australia and we miss it,\u201d Allen said.<\/p>\n \u201cPart of the excitement that people are feeling in these towns, and for us as well, is that we haven\u2019t done a regional tour in about 15 years.\u201d<\/p>\n The performances follow last year\u2019s COVID-interrupted regional Australian tour celebrating acapella, acoustics and anthems, with the four-piece set to arrive in Bendigo almost nine months after the original schedule.<\/p>\n \u201cWe were taking a different approach to the tour, telling more stories and we didn\u2019t know how people would react,\u201d Allen said.<\/p>\n \u201cBut from the very early stages, we realised that people really enjoyed that approach to it and it was so different for us.<\/p>\n \u201cThey got to hear some songs that they\u2019ve probably never heard before, hear some stories that they might not have heard and still get the energetic performance.<\/p>\n \u201cIt feels amazing to be able to do something in people\u2019s hometowns, they\u2019re so proud and they share so much of their local knowledge with us which is great.<\/p>\n \u201cWe probably learn more about those places than we might in other cities we go to because you don\u2019t have that direct connection with people.
