There is some genuine tension between Adrian Dodoro, long-time recruiter and list manager, and the head of footy in Josh Mahoney.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI\u2019m not sure where Blake Caracella is going to be next year, but he also has a rock solid two years left on a highly paid contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cHe will definitely be in a different role next year if he\u2019s there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Essendon great Tim Watson believes there should be tension within an underperforming football club.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI don\u2019t know anything about that, but I hope there\u2019s some tension there,\u201d Watson told SEN <em>Breakfast<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThere should be some tension at a football club when they\u2019re underperforming between people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI think that\u2019s healthy at a football club.
