If Zumba Gold isn’t your style – no worries! We also offer a variety of classes – from Aqua Zumba, the always popular Aqua Aerobics to Blitz, Yoga, Active Movers, Spin, Body Balance and Pump – there’s something for everyone.<\/p>\n

We hold over 30 different classes every week in our group fitness rooms, with classes suitable for teens, older adults, and everyone in between. We offer high-intensity and lower intensity classes in 30 and 60 minute formats.<\/p>\n
