{"id":97144,"date":"2024-06-28T04:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bendigotimes\/?p=97144"},"modified":"2024-06-26T16:22:15","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T06:22:15","slug":"ballet-tour-to","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/bendigotimes\/living\/ballet-tour-to\/","title":{"rendered":"Ballet tour to"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE Australian Ballet will grace the stage at Ulumbarra Theatre for three performances as part of its yearly regional On Tour program next month.<\/p>\n<p>The performances will include Act III of The Sleeping Beauty, George Balanchine&#8217;s Allegro Brillante, plus the Act II pas de deux from Anne Woolliams&#8217; Swan Lake.<\/p>\n<p>They are set to take place at 7.30pm on Friday 5 July, as well as 1.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday 6 July.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be a chance to watch company members rehearsing at midday on the Saturday, and a youth masterclass for local dancers at 4.30pm the same day.<\/p>\n<p>Artistic director David Hallberg said the company is delighted to continue its long-standing tradition of presenting unforgettable experiences to regional communities.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/06\/AB4_12125.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Spirited soar: Principal artist with The Australian Ballet, Benedicte Bemet, performing in Swan Lake.
