Photos: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Designed to be a hub for social meet-ups and resident gatherings, the centre will have break-out spaces for resident&#8217;s hobbies and activities. &#8220;We&#8217;ve been very happy with our new home and the friendships we&#8217;ve formed,&#8221; said resident Julie. &#8220;The supportive community has made settling in seamless, and we&#8217;re looking forward to the soon-to-be-completed community centre, which will provide even more opportunities to connect with our neighbours and enjoy social activities.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The village is a gated community near to Marong Golf Club, bowls and tennis clubs, the Marong and District Men&#8217;s Shed, Marong Medical Practice, and other businesses including the Marong Hotel, Elmore Bakery, general store and post office.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Low-maintenance living allows residents to focus on their interests and wellbeing,&#8221; said managing director Justin Morris.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Residents enjoy the confidence of owning their own homes without the usual maintenance worries, giving them the freedom to travel and pursue their dreams while knowing the village management team will handle everything at home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bendigo Lifestyle Village has site tours on Wednesdays between 11am and 1pm.
