Several resolutions were carried unanimously at the meeting calling for the Minister for Racing to understand that reform is needed at HRV, a commitment is needed to fast-track HRV to a low-cost administration model, and it’s critical to ensure that HRV retains some form of equity in its 93-hectare parcel of land surrounding the Melton Entertainment Complex.<\/p>\n
Mr Gloury encouraged attendees to contact their local MP to raise these issues.<\/p>\n
“You need to email, or even better, arrange a face-to-face meeting with them,” Mr Gloury said.<\/p>\n
