The 2024 instalment was held at The Sebel Yarrawonga Silverwoods late last month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Winning two awards for the Chelsea 33 and Amira 28BP is a tremendous honour,&#8221; Metricon&#8217;s regional housing Victoria general manager Phil Barrett said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These victories highlight the dedication of our local trades and suppliers in delivering exceptional homes to our customers.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/09\/Usethisone-Chelsea-3_46594.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Chelsea 33 with the Cascade facade.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Chelsea 33 offers an instant wow factor, while the Amira 28BP is packed with features for modern family living.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Both homes set a new benchmark in volume building design.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Amira 28BP is single level home with a 28-square open plan layout that is said to maximise space and flexibility, and is targeted at families.<\/p>\n<p>It has a private master suite at the front and three other bedrooms at the rear.
