I am committed to our community – as councillor and lawyer, in the arts and sport via Spaghetti Circus, Dustyesky & Eureka FC.

Our victory at Feros Village is community at its best. I led that campaign with Maree Eddings – Community Member of the Year 2024. Together, we saved homes for 40 elders, working with politicians, bureaucrats, families and locals.

I led the call for the Rail Trail in 2021 and Asren has done brilliantly to bring it to life. I advocated for Byron Music Festival and our new cultural events strategy. I am passionate about supporting our arts, music, events and food community.

I am about negotiated solutions and planning clearly for the long term. We need more housing, climate adapted, with strong development controls and regulation of STHL and a proactive conservation trust.

I look forward to a collaborative council working together for all our community, delivering the basics and the big picture stuff, with state and federal Labor governments to make Byron sing!
