Current occupation and background:

Media, arts, and public advocacy. On boards for Sydney Festival and Australian Design Centre, and worked as an ABC and Showtime producer and presenter.

How long in the Byron community?

While I’m relatively new, I’ve quickly become involved in local initiatives.

Community involvement?

On the management committee of BayFM, where I host a show. Part of the Women’s Giving Circle of the Northern Rivers Community Foundation.

Guiding values or principles?

A strong commitment to environmental activism and sustainability. I’ve been a trained Climate Leader since 2007, and I’m particularly passionate about water security. As a founding member of the Running Stream Water Users Association, I understand the critical importance of managing our water resources responsibly.

Are you or have you associated with any political party or cause?

Running as a Greens candidate, and my association with the party aligns with my longstanding environmental activism.

Top three issues facing your area?

Environmental protection and climate action, sustainable transportation, water security.
