THE Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro presented by GWM is back at Snapper Rocks from May 1 to 11, marking the third stop of the 2026 World Surf League Championship Tour.

The world’s best surfers will go head to head at the iconic Snapper Rocks, home to one of the most famous right hand point breaks.

This year also celebrates 50 Years of the World Tour, a major milestone for the World Surf League and global surf culture.

Since its inception, surfing has evolved, with millions of fans, legendary athletes and a rich cultural legacy.

Spectators can soak up all the action on and off the beach, with world-class surfing, epic partner activations and live music throughout the event.

On Sunday May 3, Skegss hit the main stage on the beach for a FREE live set from 4:30 to 5:30 PM at Snapper Rocks.

In the nine years since their inception, Skegss (singer guitarist Ben Reed, bassist guitarist vocalist, and drummer Jonny Lani) have emerged from laid back Australian small town roots as unlikely anti heroes of the country’s rock scene.

Their riotous releases have sparked circle pits and stage dives everywhere from dingy pubs and skate parks to 35K capacity festival stages, leading to multiple world tours.

They’ve topped ARIA singles charts and their debut LP My Own Mess reached number two, earning an ARIA Award nomination for Best Rock Album.

Australia’s coastal trio has never lost its underdog flair, a spirit that defines their second album Rehearsal, a 13 track ride through modern disillusioned youth.

Don’t miss out on the Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro presented by GWM at Snapper Rocks.
