BALLINA Shire Council has announced its new website is now live.
The brand-new public site offers a modern and user-friendly experience for the community and ensures a higher-quality digital experience.
Manager of Communications and Customer Service Tracy Lister said the site would make navigating Council resources much more manageable.
“Our new website is designed to make it easier and more intuitive for the community to access information and services,” Lister said.
“With improved navigation, interactive tools, and a fresh design, we’re providing a more user-friendly experience.
“We invite residents to explore the site and share their feedback,” she said.
An enhanced search function with predictive text and keyword filtering provides faster, more straightforward access to specific details.
The interactive map ‘What’s Around Me?’ allows users to enter an address and explore nearby projects, parks, facilities, bin collection days, local Councillors and other community resources.
The Council’s community engagement Your Say platform is now integrated with the website, making it easier for residents to stay informed and provide feedback on current plans and projects.
Users can submit input via the Customer Feedback form on the website or by calling 1300 864 444.
