THE possibility of facing an emergency in the future is high, but you can mitigate the risks to your safety by being prepared.<\/p>\n

Red Cross EmergencyRedi Workshops help residents gain valuable skills in household emergency preparedness and will be held in the region this month.<\/p>\n

The interactive session gives an introduction to “all hazards” household preparedness, starting your own RediPlan, talking through a household emergency kit and learning the tools to continue preparing yourself and people (and pets) around you for emergencies.<\/p>\n

The workshops offer the chance to learn and connect with others in the community and enjoy afternoon tea together.<\/p>\n

The workshops are organised by the Australian Red Cross.<\/p>\n
