Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They support local artisans, musicians and creators while providing a space for the community to unite.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s more than just shopping \u2013 it&#8217;s about connecting with Byron&#8217;s vibrant community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Byron Community Market is Byron Bay&#8217;s original market and has been running since 1987.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/10\/ShoppersatByronMarke_09393.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Byron Community Market. Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The market is held in the town centre on the first Sunday of each month, with extra markets held in December and January.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You might enjoy a delicious meal from Mel&#8217;s Picnic Chili, which offers gourmet street food, while listening to live music from Resonant Hand or Jelly Oshen,&#8221; Mr Double said.<\/p>\n<p>The Byron Beachside Market takes place along the Main Beach foreshore four times a year, with the next one on January 8, followed by the Easter long weekend.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/10\/AvendoratByronMarket_10831.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A vendor at Byron markets.
